We've charged the cards and locked down the addresses of those who have completed. Everyone who has completed their survey and whose card has worked should have received an e-mail from Backerkit with the PDF link. Check your spam folders. If it doesn't arrive, you can find the file link under Digital Downloads in your Backerkit account.

Please note that we're still waiting on a backer to send their contribution before we can release the final version and need to tweak the character sheet. You have 99.9% of the material in your hands.

If you find any typos or other errors (it happens even after two edits), please drop a line to custserv@tripleacegames and we'll make the corrections before the final PDF is released.

Charging Cards

Hi folks,

We're still waiting on some backer material, but everything else is now ready.

We'll be charging your cards next week. We'll be releasing the 99.9% complete PDF to you at that time. Once the last material is in we'll be moving straight to printing and shipping the books.

Revised Shipping

Shipping

We've heard your comments about the shipping and we've been looking at alternate options. 

We've found a better value option for shipping your rewards, but it involves two packages - one for the book and one for the dice. Yes, we know that's counter-intuitive, but it works and it's in your favor.

Even if you have completed your survey backerkit has automatically adjusted your shipping cost.

The costs are now much closer to the listed estimates in the campaign, even though the book is 50% bigger than the original.

Hardcover Upgrade

Some backers have asked about a hardback option so we've figured out a way to include this!

We've added a hardcover upgrade option to the book in Backerkit. This costs more, but it does NOT change the shipping costs - shipping is done in weight brackets and a hardcover does not force the weight into a higher bracket.

If you have already completed your survey and want this option, then if you return to Backerkit you should be able to amend your add-ons to include this upgrade. If you pledged for multiple copies of the book and also want to upgrade them as well, simply click to increase the hardcover quantity.

Shipping Costs

Some of you have queried the shipping costs. Please note that we don't have any control over those.

The estimates we gave in the campaign were for the base book - before the page count was almost doubled by stretch goals, thus increasing the weight. Due to the final weight and size, we have to ship them as parcels rather than large letters. As noted in the campaign, they are also being sent tracked and signed.
